We're seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our cardmembers through live chat, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams, including product, data scientists, and engineers, to shape our conversational AI client servicing products. **Key Responsibilities:**

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Providing top-notch live chat support to careerzynith cardmembers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing emerging artificial intelligence technology to deliver hyper-personalized experiences to cardmembers
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data scientists, and engineers, to shape our conversational AI client servicing products
* Leading customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
* Analyzing performance metrics to inform data-driven product suggestions and recommendations

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
* Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or digital product management role
* Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and conversational analytics
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
