Utilizing chat software and other tools to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze customer feedback. Requirements To be successful as a Live Chat Support Representative at Blithequark, you will need: A high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
