Job Summary As a Live Chat Agent at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our passengers through online chat platforms. You will assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and other travel-related services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat. Address customer inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel policies. Provide accurate information and solutions to enhance customer experience. Document customer interactions in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Stay updated on Blithequark products, services, and promotions. Continuously improve knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. Strong typing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Proficient in using computers and various software applications. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
