* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
* Develop and maintain large-scale, distributed systems, including web applications, APIs, and data storage solutions
* Implement and integrate various technologies, including Spring, REST, and data access frameworks, to build robust and scalable systems
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to careerzynith's coding standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the development team and other stakeholders to identify and implement solutions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in careerzynith's products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
* 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Java Enterprise Edition (EE) and Spring
* Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale, distributed systems
* Experience with RESTful APIs, data access frameworks, and database design
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
