Essential Qualifications Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services. Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software, including operating systems, network protocols, and software applications. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Remote Support Tools: Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques, including remote desktop software and online collaboration platforms. Preferred Qualifications Certification: Certification in IT-related fields, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA, is a plus.
