**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their customers, ensuring that their insurance policies are handled efficiently and effectively
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing customer transactions, including policy changes, cancellations, and renewals
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and data
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and careerzynith's products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A valid insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe)
* At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in computer systems and data systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* 1-2 years of experience in insurance customer service
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Knowledge of insurance products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
