With a strong commitment to collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity, we're shaping the future of customer experience and product development. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Customer and Product Insights to lead our customer and product research and insights function. As a senior insights professional, you'll be responsible for driving business decisions that maintain a competitive edge by delivering best-in-class value propositions and experiences to our customers. This role requires collaboration across brand and product teams, managing a team of insights professionals, and ensuring high-quality research methodologies are employed to inform strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactively define and prioritize the research roadmap across brand and product teams to drive business decisions and maintain a competitive edge. * Manage, mentor, and coach direct reports focused on specific work streams to ensure high-quality research and insights delivery. * Conduct hands-on research and storytelling during team growth stages as needed to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction. * Set a high bar for research rigor and insights storytelling to ensure that our research is actionable and impactful. * Oversee vendor partnerships to leverage quality research methods and manage budgets efficiently, ensuring that our research is cost-effective and delivers value. * Collaborate with Marketing Insights leads to build an integrated understanding of customers and market dynamics, driving business decisions that meet customer needs. * Forge relationships with adjacent insight, analytics, and intelligence teams to enhance market understanding and drive business growth. * Represent customer insights in leadership forums to inform decision-making and action planning, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of our business strategy. * Oversee team performance and professional development, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that our team is equipped to deliver high-quality research and insights. * Promote engagement with business senior leadership as consumer champions, driving business decisions that meet customer needs and drive growth. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, or User Experience research. * Eight or more years of relevant experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, or User Experience research, with a strong command of advanced quantitative methodologies such as maxdiff, conjoint, segmentation, and cluster analysis. * Experience designing qualitative and quantitative research programs to address business needs, with a strong ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights and recommendations. * Strong experience with qualitative research methods like focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnography, with a strong ability to present insights compellingly and establish rapport with Senior Leadership. * Ability to manage a team of three or more people, with experience providing insights for value proposition development and leveraging secondary data and trends to inform business scenarios. **Nice-to-Haves** * Four or more years of experience managing a team of three or more people, with a strong ability to provide feedback and coaching to ensure that our team is equipped to deliver high-quality research and insights. * Experience providing insights for value proposition development, with a strong ability to present insights compellingly and establish rapport with Senior Leadership. * Experience leveraging secondary data and trends to inform business scenarios, with a strong ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights and recommendations. * Demonstrated effective consultative skills and business acumen in the telecom industry, with a strong ability to drive business decisions that meet customer needs and drive growth. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, short-term incentives, 401(k) Savings Plan, stock incentive programs, paid time off, parental leave, adoption assistance, and tuition assistance. * Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team of experts in customer insights and analytics. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity. * Professional development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career. * Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced insights professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
