Foundation: Group Stage QMO The Quality Administration Office (QMO) is a critical component of our Innovation space, focusing on the application side. This team ensures the quality of applications used by our Airline stewards and Pilots for their daily operations. The QMO team works closely with Case teams (Scrum Expert, Engineer, Item Proprietors) to test applications as they are being developed and tracks progress through metrics. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business clients to conduct requirements analysis and develop quality technical solutions Ensure solutions align with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental guidelines Manage project timelines, including planning, coding, testing, and execution Act as a liaison between business and Innovation teams to facilitate effective communication Participate in systems and acceptance testing Client and Business: Southwest Get-aways (SWAV) The Southwest Excursions Group is at the forefront of developing new, revenue-generating products for Blithequark beyond its core air product.
