We're looking for a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing support to members of our Medicare Advantage plan. As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, resolving member inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. • *Responsibilities**

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Providing exceptional customer service to members of our Medicare Advantage plan, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding when interacting with our senior population, using active listening skills to ensure their needs are met.
• Accurately documenting all calls, ensuring that each interaction is thoroughly recorded and reflected in our system.
• Meeting and exceeding contact center targets for call management, quality, and adherence to schedule, consistently delivering high-quality results.
• Managing all calls with professionalism, escalating issues to the next level when necessary and ensuring seamless resolution.
• *Operational Hours**

Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST, with varying shifts available within these hours. During open enrollment, our operational hours may include weekends as part of the work shift.
• *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 1-2 years of experience in health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid customer service, with a strong understanding of healthcare principles and practices.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with proficiency in using QNXT and other relevant software applications.
• Member Service knowledge, HIPAA, Claims, and Provider Services knowledge, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• High School graduate or GED, with a 2-4 year undergraduate degree or certificate preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in using dual monitors, multiple applications, and phone simultaneously, with strong keyboard skills and accuracy in data entry.

careerzynith offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as eligibility for our discretionary annual incentive program.
