**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Fraud Investigation Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex financial crimes, including identity theft, credit card fraud, and other forms of financial exploitation. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Risk Management, Compliance, and Customer Service, to identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure that our systems and processes are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Investigate and resolve complex financial crimes, including identity theft, credit card fraud, and other forms of financial exploitation
* Analyze data and identify patterns to detect potential risks and anomalies
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
* Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews, data analysis, and research
* Develop and maintain expertise in financial crimes, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of financial crimes
* Provide training and guidance to colleagues on financial crimes and risk management
* Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or computer science
* 2+ years of experience in financial crimes investigation, risk management, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong knowledge of financial crimes, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices
* Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or computer science
* 5+ years of experience in financial crimes investigation, risk management, or a related field
* Experience with cloud-based applications and software, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection principles
* Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana and Trello
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and guide colleagues
