Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a High-Net-Worth Individual. As a trusted partner, you will oversee luxury villa rental operations, manage a dynamic content brand, and facilitate the seamless execution of day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities As an Executive Assistant to a High-Net-Worth Individual, you will be responsible for: Client Support: Serve as the primary liaison, managing the client's personal and professional schedule, arranging appointments, and organizing travel. Execute personal errands and reservations to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. Villa and Operations Management: Oversee luxury villa rental operations, including the management of shipments for both the villa and the client. Project manage villa enhancements, ensuring that tasks are completed timely and within budget constraints. Provide light bookkeeping assistance to ensure that accountants receive required documents without delay. Content Brand Support: Organize events for the content brand, managing logistics, scheduling, and communication with vendors and partners. Oversee content creation and publication schedules to align with brand goals. Administrative Excellence: Prepare, organize, and manage documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with the utmost care. Enhance operational systems and streamline processes to improve productivity. Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed itineraries, transportation, and accommodations for both business and personal travel. Anticipate and address potential travel issues proactively. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations. Manage household budgets and vendor relationships effectively. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: Experience: Minimum of 10 years as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role supporting C-suite executives or High-Net-Worth Individuals. Experience in property operations or logistics management is advantageous. Skills: Proficiency in French (basic to advanced level) is essential. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication capabilities. Tech-savvy with expertise in Excel, Word, and project management tools. Attributes: Ability to excel in high-pressure, detail-oriented situations. Self-motivated with a proactive approach and openness to constructive feedback.
