**Experienced Full Stack Enterprise Customer Engineer – Cloud AI Infrastructure Optimization**

As a key member of our entrepreneurial team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of businesses of all sizes as they harness the potential of AI to connect with customers, employees, and partners. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Enterprise Customer Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a trusted advisor to our top customers, you'll help them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their overall cloud strategy. With a strong background in cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and technical sales, you'll work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to identify and overcome roadblocks, and shape the future of Google Cloud services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and assess big-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure * Help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud approach by running benchmarks for current models, finding opportunities to use accelerators for new models, developing migration paths, and assisting with research fees to optimize performance * Work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to eliminate roadblocks and shape the future of Google Cloud services * Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that incorporate AI accelerators * Develop repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams * Influence Google Cloud approach on the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for customer requirements * Travel to customer sites and events as needed **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience * 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure * Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models * Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions aligned with customer-defined scope and success standards **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience with education and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, advice, genomics) with accelerators * Experience running MLPerf benchmarks * Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard) * Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance vs. cost * Designing/architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases * Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading provider of cloud-based solutions that enable businesses to digitally transform their operations.
