Our team is dedicated to helping our customers, developers, small and large businesses, academic institutions, and government organizations, harness the power of our technology to drive success. **Job Summary** As an Enterprise Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure. You will work closely with our internal Cloud AI teams to help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy, run benchmarks for current models, find opportunities to use accelerators for new models, develop migration paths, and assist with research fees to optimize performance. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our customers navigate the complex landscape of cloud infrastructure and AI/ML. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and assess large-scale AI opportunities that can benefit from AI-optimized infrastructure * Help clients leverage accelerators within their overall cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that incorporate Google Cloud AI-optimized infrastructure * Work closely with internal Cloud AI teams to eliminate roadblocks and shape the future of services * Develop repeatable assets to enable other clients and internal teams * Influence Google Cloud approach on the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for customer requirements * Tour to client sites and events as needed **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience * 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure * Experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models * Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions aligned with the customer with defined scope and success criteria **Desired Qualifications** * Experience in education and fine-tuning large models (i.e., image, language, segmentation, advice, genomics) with accelerators * Experience running MLPerf benchmarks * Experience with performance profiling tools (i.e., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard) * Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus cost * Designing/architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases * Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions **About the Role** As a Full Stack Enterprise Customer Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about helping our customers succeed.
