Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis and Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends. Monitor competitor efforts and stay up-to-date on industry developments and activities. Seller Acquisition and Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Seller Guidance and Support: Share best practices for online selling, providing data-driven insights to help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players, maximize product selection, and enhance customer experience. Primary Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Sales Achievements: Demonstrated success in exceeding income objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes. Communication and Presentation: Advanced conversation and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. Analytical and Quantitative Abilities: Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Commercial Enterprise Judgment: Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents. Preferred Qualifications: Ecommerce Experience: 2+ years of ecommerce experience is a plus. Consumer Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus. Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
