**Job Summary**

As a Disney Vacation Club Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring our guests to take the next step in learning about Disney Vacation Club's membership programs. You will work closely with our guests to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized sales information that inspires them to make a purchasing decision. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, and our competitive compensation package includes a base salary plus commission.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and manage a sales pipeline through multiple types of lead-generation opportunities, including in-person and virtual interactions
* Schedule appointments with Members and Leads to become our newest members
* Proactively greet guests and spark a conversation about Disney and vacation possibilities
* Apply your sales skills to influence guests to learn about Disney Vacation Club by asking for guest contact information for continued sales conversations
* Inspire and invite guests to learn more while they are on vacation at Disneyland, and commit to taking next steps in learning about Disney Vacation Club
* Share your passion for, and knowledge of, everything Disney with our Guests
* Staff our discovery desks, open houses, welcome centers and events throughout the Parks & Resorts at different indoor and outdoor locations and engage guests through Disney service excellence
* Work with Guests from around the world while engaging in a sales conversation using multiple formats: Chat, Virtual, Phone, and Onsite In-Person Interactions
* Embrace Disney's philosophy around Sales Approach when engaging with guests and members which is the Counselor's Sales Approach to create revenue

**Requirements**

* A valid, active, and in good-standing California real estate license
* Expertise working in a competitive sales environment
* A dynamic, can-do, and win-win attitude
* Experiences handling multiple lead opportunities daily
* Ability to work on own while contributing to the team culture
* Display positivity in work environment and can work in different locations daily
* Proficiency with computers and with Windows-based programs
* Full-time availability that includes working multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Reliable transportation to and from Disneyland Resort daily
* Expectation to provide service excellence that aligns with The Walt Disney Company

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Proficiency in multiple sales software and systems
* Experience working in a team environment and contributing to team goals

* Base Salary: The base salary for this position in Anaheim is $52,400 - $70,200
* Commission: Our highly competitive compensation includes commission based on the sales plan
* Benefits: This position is also eligible for a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered
