**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing and helping manage multiple projects, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
* Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
* Performing tasks and coordinating with others to drive success
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
* Providing exceptional customer support, responding to queries, and resolving issues
* Collaborating with the CEO and other team members to achieve business objectives
* Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies
**Essential Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, strategy, and optimization
* Google Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and management
* Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
* A fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power
* Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
* Knowledge of or experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research (desirable but not essential)
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, we're looking for candidates with:
* Google Certification in Google Ads
* Experience with Hubstaff time tracking software
* Knowledge of or experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
* A background in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
**Percentage Breakdown of Tasks**
As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, your tasks will be broken down as follows:
* Facebook Ads setup and strategy (45%)
* Google Ads setup and optimization (10%)
* Responding to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
* Graphic design (10%)
* General admin (10%)
* Report preparation (5%)
* SEO blog proofreading and editing (5%)
* Lead generation and follow-up (5%)
