**Experienced Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist – Facebook Ads Management, Customer Support, and General Virtual Assistant**

Our company culture is built on loyalty, respect, and a passion for learning and growth. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. This role requires excellent written English, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and be self-directed. You will be communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system and will need to be willing to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time). However, once you are trained and we feel confident in your abilities, we will be more flexible on the hours you work, allowing you to complete tasks at any time. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage multiple projects and perform tasks with a focus on Facebook Ads * Communicate directly with clients through Basecamp project management system * Coordinate tasks of others and provide support as needed * Develop and implement effective Facebook Ads strategies * Manage Google Adword and Shopping campaigns * Provide excellent customer support and respond to customer queries via Basecamp * Perform graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms * Assist with general admin tasks as required * Prepare reports and analyze data to optimize campaign performance * Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team in India * Participate in lead generation and follow-up activities * Conduct product research and stay up-to-date with industry trends **Essential Requirements** * Based in the Philippines * Excellent written English * Facebook Ads experience (knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns) * Google Ads experience (knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns) * Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to work independently and know when to ask for help * Willingness to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance * Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power * Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research * Google Certification * Experience working with Basecamp project management system **Percentage Breakdown of Tasks** * Facebook Ads setup and strategy (45%) * Google Ads setup and optimization (10%) * Responding to customer queries via Basecamp (10%) * Graphic design (10%) * General admin (10%) * Report preparation (5%) * SEO blog proofreading and editing (5%) * Lead generation and follow-up (5%) **Perks** * Fun and flexible work environment * Highly competitive salary based on experience * Quarterly revenue share-based bonus * 13th month bonus * Additional performance-based bonus * Opportunity to learn new skills across several different areas of digital marketing * Unlimited access to the tools you need to succeed * Growth opportunities with an entrepreneurial company * Loyalty and respect from management **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and skilled individual with a passion for digital marketing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
