**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, provide exceptional customer support, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and reporting
* Set up and optimize Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including keyword research and ad copywriting
* Provide exceptional customer support via Basecamp, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms
* Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation
* Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to achieve project goals and objectives
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments
**Essential Requirements**
* Based in the Philippines
* Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, strategy, and optimization
* Google Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
* Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Willingness to help out with various administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report preparation
* Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
* Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up
* Knowledge of or experience with SEO blog writing and editing
* Google Certification in Google Ads
* Experience working with project management tools, such as Basecamp
* Familiarity with time tracking software, such as Hubstaff
