As an Experienced Full Stack Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be an essential part of our client's account team, driving all campaigns and projects from conception to launch and ensuring maximum return on investment. You'll work closely with our digital marketing specialists to develop and execute inbound marketing solutions that align with our clients' marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Managing client campaigns and projects from conception to launch, ensuring maximum return on investment
* Developing and executing inbound marketing solutions that align with our clients' marketing objectives
* Staying up-to-date with the latest inbound marketing developments and making recommendations to team members and clients
* Brainstorming and conceptualizing sales, marketing, and retention strategies and programs for clients
* Meeting with clients to review performance, discuss plans, and make recommendations
* Working closely with our digital marketing specialists to develop and execute marketing solutions
* Managing and reviewing work completed by our other digital marketing team members and content writers
* Monitoring monthly and ongoing budgets for clients
* Reviewing client reports produced by the team and discussing results with clients monthly
* Contributing to critical internal business initiatives and projects, from optimizing processes to researching/testing new strategies

**Who We're Looking For**

We're looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for digital marketing and customer success. You'll be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to work with a variety of clients and stakeholders. You'll be self-regulated and able to manage your time effectively, with a proven track record of achieving client goals.

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2-5 years of professional account management experience, handling multiple clients and marketing agency experience
* 1-3 years of experience in search marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and social media or content marketing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to self-regulate and manage time to work with a variety of clients
* Ability to follow proven processes in addition to thinking critically and creatively to achieve client goals
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and balance a variety of project timelines
* Willingness to learn and be open to new experiences
* Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with excellent time management
* Empathetic team player with excellent listening skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, be prepared with solutions, and not be afraid to make decisions

**Preferred Qualifications**

* HubSpot Certification
* Experience working with technology and digital marketing platforms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a remote environment
