Our team is passionate about staying ahead of the curve, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Data Storage Administrator to join our team and lead the development and implementation of our enterprise storage solutions and cloud infrastructure. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our storage systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet our customers' expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain enterprise storage solutions and cloud infrastructure, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems * Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies to ensure high availability and data integrity * Collaborate with application, database, server, and other technology teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance * Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on data storage and cloud infrastructure best practices * Develop and maintain documentation for daily and ad-hoc tasks, including code updates and security patches * Perform code updates and security patches to maintain the health and security of storage systems * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new solutions to improve our storage infrastructure **Requirements** * 3 years of experience in data storage or a related field, with a focus on networking and storage protocols * Industry knowledge and experience with large-scale SAN design and implementation * Strong understanding of business storage architecture, with expertise in DellEMC, Cisco, and similar OEMs * Familiarity with current and emerging data security innovations * Experience with NAS concepts and protocols (CIFS, NFS, and S3) * Knowledge of data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS * Operating system framework organization skills (both Linux and Windows) * VMWare concepts and organization * Proficient in providing clear and well-organized documentation * Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently * Active involvement in project life-cycle management * Broad investigating and execution checking skills * Ability to work autonomously under broad guidance **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (a combination of training, work experience, and education may be considered) * Experience with cloud storage solutions, such as Amazon S3 or Azure Blob Storage * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes * Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence tools * Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab **Benefits** * Competitive Salary * Medical, Dental, and Vision Plan * 401(k) Program with Company Match * Paid Vacation * Individual Managed Time (PMT) * Employee Discount * Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance * Flexible Spending Account * Holiday Pay * Integris Center and Pharmacy nearby * Pastor Services nearby If you're passionate about data storage and have a strong technical background, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
