Our team is passionate about creating a better future, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Data Specialist to design, develop, maintain, and support our Business Intelligence (BI) platform and data warehouse within arenaflex. This is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge data platform, and to drive data-driven culture within the organization. As a Data Specialist, you'll work closely with our business stakeholders, IT teams, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, and deploy data solutions that meet the needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Work in a time-sensitive environment to design, develop, and deploy Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including data warehouses, data marts, and data sets. * Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Wind current, and other data integration tools. * Build ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business stakeholders and to provide automation using Tableau. * Design, develop, maintain, and support our Business Intelligence (BI) platform and data warehouse within arenaflex using various data and BI tools. * Build impromptu reports as needed to support business stakeholders and to provide automation using Tableau. * Foster collaborative relationships and work with key business stakeholders, IT teams, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and to achieve project goals. * Communicate technical and business themes, as required, in a 360-degree approach, using written, verbal, and presentation materials as needed. * Create, maintain, and recommend upgrades to applications in the areas of standards, procedures, compliance, and quality assurance practices; participate in design and code walkthroughs. * Take ownership and deliver process improvements. * Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies and trends. * Focus on work that has the highest impact on the business. **What You'll Bring** * 2+ years of experience in designing and developing data pipelines using Python/Wind current. * Experience with designing DataMart, Data Warehouse, data set objects within social data sets MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica. * Strong skills in SQL and query writing. * Strong critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills. * Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure/follow through on tight deadlines. * Strong experience with creating dashboards and reports for C-level leaders. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $26/hour * Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge data platform and drive data-driven culture within the organization. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and driven individual with a passion for data and analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
