Analytics is critical to all operational areas at arenaflex, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team. **About the Role:** As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will use your quantitative expertise to mentor junior analysts and dive into large datasets for manual decision-making. You will work on a wide range of exciting challenges, including: * Using quantitative evaluation and data presentation to understand what drives our business * Building full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools * Working with and mentoring junior analysts to use more advanced techniques and solve complex problems * Producing recommendations and using statistical strategies and hypothesis testing to validate findings * Providing insights to help business and product leaders understand market dynamics, customer behavior, and long-term trends * Identifying and measuring levers to help drive key metrics and make recommendations * Working backward from experience and sizing issues to ideating solutions * Reporting against our goals by identifying key metrics and building executive-facing dashboards to track progress * Collaborating with engineering to implement, document, validate, and deploy our logging **Why You'll Love Working at arenaflex:** * We are leaders - Leadership isn't limited to our executive team.
