**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our data-driven decision making efforts. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines, tools, and models to support data-driven decision making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions
* Work with data engineering team to build scalable and efficient data infrastructure
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision making
* Collaborate with product teams to develop data-driven products and features
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and engineering
* Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or related field
* Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
* Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
