**Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Web & Cloud Application Development**

As an early member of our Information Researcher group in the Applied Product group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the data-driven product development culture for either consumer products or developer platforms at arenaflex. You should expect to define our north-star metrics, design our first A/B tests, and establish source-of-truth dashboards that the entire organization can use to answer their own product questions. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our product development group, you will be responsible for defining and deciphering A/B tests, establishing an data-driven product development culture, and creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and other tools to empower the team and organization to respond to product data questions in a self-serve way. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the product development team as a trusted partner, uncovering better ways to improve the product and drive growth. * Define and decipher A/B tests that help answer critical questions about the impact of model and UX changes to our product. * Establish a data-driven product development culture by driving the definition, tracking, and operationalizing of feature, product, and organization-level metrics. * Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tools to empower the team and organization to respond to product data questions in a self-serve way. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and its users, using data to inform product decisions and drive growth. **Requirements:** * 4+ years of experience in a quantitative role exploring complex and uncertain conditions, preferably as an early data researcher or product expert at a hyper-growth product organization or research organization. * Proven ability to design, execute, and operationalize new feature and product-level metrics from scratch. * Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with product managers, engineers, and leaders alike. * Strong programming foundation, with ability to run simulations and model variations. * Experience validating quantitative insights with qualitative methods (e.g. studies, UXR). **Nice to Have:** * Experience working with NLP, large language models, or generative AI. * Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools. * Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Comprehensive health insurance for you and your loved ones. * Emotional well-being and health support. * 401(k) plan with 4% matching. * Unlimited vacation time and 18+ company events per year. * Paid parental leave (20 weeks) and family-planning support. **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is an artificial intelligence research and organization committed to ensuring that universally beneficial artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity.
