In this role, you will be responsible for applying enhancements across DMED's portfolio of services using data. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will develop, drive, and oversee new methods to ensure the growth of the business and the overall bottom line. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain and expand machine learning strategies, permitting training, and scoring at scale. * Develop and own data processing pipelines, sewing together streaming, advertising, and other feeds on the terabyte scale. * Transform complex data relationships into a consumable and intuitive data model. * Implement modern authoring, orchestration, and tracking tools. **What You'll Do** As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Maintaining and expanding machine learning strategies, permitting training, and scoring at scale. * Developing and owning data processing pipelines, sewing together streaming, advertising, and other feeds on the terabyte scale. * Transforming complex data relationships into a consumable and intuitive data model. * Implementing modern authoring, orchestration, and tracking tools. **Key Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in data science or data engineering, including a fluency in ML strategies and the way they relate to underlying datasets. * Strong experience in Google Cloud, including excellent skills in BigQuery or similar SQL-based large data warehouse. * Solid experience in Python, with a validated ability to read, write, audit, and report code. * Ability to write specific technical requirements. * Innovative thinker able to work both in a strategic capacity (big-picture perspective, asks "why") and a hands-on/execution capacity (detail-oriented, conscientious). **Nice To Haves** * Apache Beam and Apache Spark experience * Experience in data system orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, Snowpipe) * Proficiency in keeping group projects in Git and GitHub * Experience growing internal APIs. **Basic Education** * BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related analytical field **Additional Information** The hiring range for this role is $136,038 to $182,490 per year. The base pay will actually presented will consider internal fairness and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-associated knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
