You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and software development will enable you to build scalable, efficient, and effective solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize quantitative analysis and data visualization to uncover insights and drive business decisions * Design and develop full-cycle data pipelines, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages and tools * Collaborate with junior experts to develop and implement advanced data analysis techniques and address complex challenges * Develop and communicate data-driven recommendations to business and product leaders, using statistical methods and theory testing to validate findings * Identify and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and inform business decisions * Work closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to drive business outcomes * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and software development **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field * 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or a related field * Expertise in SQL, ETL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB * Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Chartio, Looker, or Tableau * Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git * Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark * Strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices * Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques **About arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our employees' well-being and success.
