Our Data Ventures team is at the forefront of this effort, developing cutting-edge data products and solutions that help us better serve our customers and stay ahead of the competition. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our Data Ventures team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and solutions. Your responsibilities will include: * **Data Source Identification**: Identify and extract relevant data from various sources, including external data providers and internal systems. Define and identify the most appropriate data sources for required information, and perform preliminary data quality tests on extracted data. * **Problem Formulation**: Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions. Develop and recommend solutions to business stakeholders, and set data analytics and machine learning goals and deliverables based on business objectives. * **Analytical Modeling**: Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Select suitable modeling strategies for large-scale, multi-source data sets, and develop variables and features iteratively based on model responses. * **Model Deployment & Scaling**: Work with MLOps to push ML models to production, and continuously log and track model performance against defined metrics. Identify model parameters that require adjustments based on scale of deployment. * **Code Development & Testing**: Write code to develop specified solutions and application features, using the right programming language and leveraging business, technical, and data requirements. Create test cases to validate proposed solution designs, and contribute code documentation and maintain playbooks. * **Applied Business Acumen**: Evaluate proposed business cases for initiatives and projects, and influence business stakeholder decision-making. Translate business requirements into strategies, projects, and initiatives, and align them to business method and goals. * **Model Assessment & Validation**: Identify and review model assessment metrics based on analytical requirements, and apply appropriate strategies for model testing and tuning to evaluate accuracy, fit, validity, and robustness. * **Data Visualization and Storytelling**: Identify and recommend the most appropriate visualization tools based on context, and generate suitable graphical representations of data and model outcomes.
