**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Advanced Innovation group. As a Data Scientist, you'll play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement predictive models, analyze complex data sets, and identify opportunities for improvement.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science

**Key Qualifications**
* Postgraduate education (PhD or ABD) in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
* Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
* Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
* Familiarity with data engineering concepts and practices
