Key Responsibilities Conduct data analysis to inform business or product decisions, including cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and influence analysis Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and model dashboards to provide insights at scale, and solve complex analytical problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design and execute analysis that incorporates data collection, analysis, and presentation Assist in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes Communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders through effective presentations and data visualizations Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) Experience working with statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB) Experience with data analysis and modeling, including data visualization and communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing a graduate degree in a quantitative field Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ What We Offer At Blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
