Our team is comprised of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared passion for data-driven insights and a commitment to excellence. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for leading key cross-functional projects for both energy and car businesses using data science tools and methods to drive business process automation and support sales and service procedures. You'll work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement data pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead data science projects from interpreting complex business issues into data science problems to performing data analysis and visualization, and providing solutions to the business * Create and maintain complex data pipelines to support our group's goal in democratizing data and empowering an data-driven association * Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, AI (ML) Specialists, and Product Managers to drive business insights and recommendations * Communicate complex data insights to all levels of the organization, adapting to varying levels of data science understanding and expertise * Work closely with stakeholders to design and develop data-driven solutions that meet business needs * Apply machine learning, advanced analysis, and visualization techniques to various datasets across the organization * Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders **What You'll Bring** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field) * 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and data analysis * Results-oriented mindset with a keen interest in data science and a strong understanding of data science tools and techniques * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels * Proven track record of extracting insights and building machine learning models, particularly in business analytics or related areas * Uplevel group's ML capabilities in at least one significant area (e.g., estimation, predictive modeling, descriptive analysis, or Natural Language Processing (NLP)) * Master in SQL and Python, particularly in standard data science libraries and frameworks like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, PySpark, and others * Capability in at least one visualization tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Master in data wrangling and analyzing large and complex datasets, structured or unstructured * Ability to self-start and work independently in an unstructured environment, as well as navigate ambiguity and bring a problem from 0 to 1 * Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to quickly pivot and adapt to changing priorities * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a talented team of data scientists and analysts * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented data scientist looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
