The successful candidate will lead key cross-functional projects for both energy and car business using data science tools and methods to drive business process automation and support sales and service procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and business analytics, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Add to all phases of data science projects: from interpreting a complex business issue into a data science issue to performing data analysis and visualization, and providing solutions to the business. * Create and maintain complex data pipelines, supporting our group's goal in democratizing data and empowering an information-driven association, collaborating with Information Examiners, Information Designers, AI (ML) Specialists, and Item Directors. * Effectively communicate significant insights to all levels of the association with varying levels of data science understanding and foundations. * Collaborate closely with authority, designing, and other partners to deliver significant business insights. * Apply various ML, advanced analysis, and visualization procedures to different datasets across the organization. * Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field). * 2+ years of experience in a quantitative field, with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and business analytics. * Results-oriented with a keen interest in data science and excellent analytical skills. * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization. * Proven track record of extracting insights and building ML models, particularly in business analytics (or related) area. * Uplevel group's ML capabilities in at least one significant area (e.g., estimation, predictive modeling, descriptive analysis, or Natural Language Processing (NLP)). **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field). * Experience with SQL and Python, particularly in standard data science libraries and frameworks like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, Tensorflow/PyTorch, PySpark, etc. * Familiarity with at least one visualization tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. * Experience with data wrangling and analyzing large and complex datasets, structured or unstructured. * Ability to self-start and work independently in an unstructured environment, as well as navigate ambiguity and bring a problem from 0 to 1. * Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to rapidly pivot and adapt to changing priorities. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Flexible work environment with remote work options. * Access to the latest tools and technologies. * Collaborative and supportive work culture. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data scientist with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
