**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of AI models that drive business insights and inform strategic decisions. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups to gather requirements, design and implement data pipelines, and develop AI models that meet business needs. Your expertise in data science, machine learning, and communication will enable you to effectively translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data pipelines that collect, clean, and prepare data for AI model development
* Develop and assess AI models to extract insights from data, make predictions, and provide recommendations
* Work with natural language processing algorithms to process and extract data from text-based information
* Design and develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to inform model development and business decisions
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Operations Research, Econometrics, or Mathematics
* At least 2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong background in Python programming
* In-depth understanding of AI concepts and statistical methods
* Ability to extract insights and recommendations from data to inform model development and business decisions
* Experience working with machine learning libraries like Scikit-Learn and data handling libraries like Pandas
* Familiarity with SQL and distributed data systems
* Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like Streamlit, Tableau, Looker, and others
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
* Experience in creating production-ready Python code and deploying pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, Docker, and Luigi
* Familiarity with the latest advancements in natural language processing, text embedding models, and knowledge of Generative Adversarial Networks and Large Language Models
* Experience in operationalizing machine learning models in business settings
