Our pharmacists play a vital role in the U.S. healthcare system by providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that promote equitable access to care for medically underserved populations. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Building and deploying complex machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, predictive analytics, and device learning strategies to provide actionable insights and recommendations. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support. * Communicating technical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and management teams with varying levels of technical expertise, ensuring that complex concepts are conveyed in a clear and concise manner. * Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making. * Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the impact of business decisions and optimize outcomes. * Utilizing cloud-based technologies, including Azure/Databricks, Snowflake, and GitHub, to develop and deploy scalable data solutions. * Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and improvement. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field. * Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. * At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to develop and optimize machine learning models, predictive models, and/or optimization models. * Advanced expertise in programming languages, such as Python, PySpark, and SQL, as well as experience with data visualization tools, such as Matplotlib and TensorFlow. * Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, including choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K-means, and anomaly detection. * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Azure/Databricks, Snowflake, and GitHub. **Preferred Qualifications** * Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. * Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies. * Experience in reinforcement learning and healthcare applications. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth.
