Your key responsibilities will include: * Building and deploying complex models using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering * Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support * Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners * Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the impact of business decisions and drive continuous improvement * Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and growth **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics, or a related field * Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong background in statistical modeling, data engineering, and programming * Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics * Proven experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to develop and deploy predictive models and analytics solutions * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience working with data engineering tools and technologies * Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, and deep learning techniques * Strong understanding of data visualization, data mining, and data warehousing concepts **Preferred Qualifications** * Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics * Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies * Experience in healthcare or a related field * Strong background in reinforcement learning and optimization techniques * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong programming skills, with experience working with data engineering tools and technologies * Ability to design and implement A/B experiments to measure the impact of business decisions * Strong understanding of data visualization, data mining, and data warehousing concepts * Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
