**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Building and deploying advanced analytics and machine learning models to drive business growth and innovation
* Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support data-driven decision making
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
* Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and advocating for data-driven decision making
* Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and applying this knowledge to drive business outcomes
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models to drive business growth and innovation
* Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support data-driven decision making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
* Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and advocate for data-driven decision making
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics) or a related field
* Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
* Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., master's or Ph.D.) is preferred
* Proven experience working with large-scale datasets and developing and deploying advanced analytics and machine learning models
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics) or a related field
* Experience working with IoT and Edge AI is a plus
* Experience in Reinforcement Learning is a plus
* Experience in Healthcare is a plus
