As a key member of our Information Science CoE, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts, driving the development of data-driven solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure the success of our data-driven initiatives
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
* Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that our data-driven decisions are actionable and impactful

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience leading a team of data scientists and analysts
* Strong technical skills in SQL, PySpark, Python, AI/Deep Learning, and data visualization tools
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
* Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in retail, personalization, marketing, e-commerce, or supply chain management
* Strong knowledge of data science, AI, machine learning, and statistical modeling
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau
* Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
