**Essential Capabilities**
* Proven experience in data science, including analysis, modeling, and visualization using tools like SQL, R, Python, Succeed, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others
* Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
* Experience working with open-source data science and analytics tools, such as Python, R, Flash, and others
* Strong leadership and management skills, with at least 2 years of experience in direct management, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and address complex issues
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
