As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with designers, AI engineers, and product managers to analyze and interpret large datasets, identify trends, and inform our product suggestions. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and stay ahead of the competition. **Key Responsibilities** * Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify groundbreaking ideas and potential opportunities * Plan and run A/B trials of our latest proposal calculations * Proactively monitor our proposal models to identify potential issues, determine root causes, and resolve * Develop new tools that enable us to be more efficient and effective * Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI partners to drive business outcomes * Communicate key insights and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization **What You'll Need** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering) * Investigation or Data Science experience with e-commerce organizations is a plus * In-depth experience with SQL (total capabilities, query development, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.) * Proficiency in Python and Python libraries (Jupyter notebooks, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.) * Experience with exploratory design (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business-driven decision-making is a plus * Familiarity with AI algorithms and procedures (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting is a plus * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with partners * Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results in a fast-paced environment * Strong business acumen, scientific skills, and technical abilities, along with critical thinking skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $20-30/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading e-commerce company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** arenaflex is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment that values and respects all individuals.
