**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Operations Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, USA. As a Lead Information Tasks Expert, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our data management and analytics initiatives. You'll work closely with various technology teams to investigate stage and data quality issues, remediate problems before they impact our products and services, and take on smaller projects to improve our production support capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading production support activities for a suite of data analysis products used to support internal bank operations
* Serving as a key member in identifying and triage of production incidents affecting our client data analysis stage
* Analyzing complex technical task difficulties within a large data climate that require in-depth assessment
* Leading research and creating reports related to ongoing production moves and presenting findings to internal stakeholders
* Leading the development of new activities cycle and stage enhancements
* Serving as the contact with the internal group and ensuring communication and reporting of delivery from the offshore group
* Championing continuous improvement, including conceiving new methods and new opportunities
* Contributing to the establishment of performance metrics for the team and ensuring tasks achieve or exceed performance metrics
* Directing the daily Risk and Control stream of tasks, focusing on strategies, techniques, and work standards to ensure a good outcome; redesigning and driving consistent support improvement
* Leading teams to meet time constraints and drive new initiatives
* Reviewing, approving, and implementing recommended changes to plans
* Collaborating and communicating with employees to resolve issues and achieve innovation mandates
* Serving as a guide to peers
**Required Capabilities**
* 3+ years of investigation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* Strong understanding of large data lake environments
* Experience working with various technology teams to investigate stage and data quality issues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
**Preferred Capabilities**
* 3+ years of experience supporting large data environments
* 3+ years of experience delivering ETL, data warehouse, and data analysis capabilities on large data engineering, such as Hadoop
* 2+ years of experience using a combination of the following tools: HIVE, Panda, Autosys, Grafana, Splunk
* Past experience supporting Kafka and MongoDB
