**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Lead to join our Studio Data Management crew, where you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to the offers careerzynith makes with skills and groups for the content we place on service. You'll work closely with product squads to ensure that deal information is accurate, complete, and connected, and that it's bringing value to their products. You'll also be responsible for defining, examining, and documenting data quality requirements to meet business needs, devising and socializing best practices, and creating and executing methods to reveal and fix data efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Lead in our Studio Data Management crew, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

* Provide close-to-term and long-term thinking for deal information needs throughout the studio, including data quality and data education. Create quarterly goals to meet near and long-term business targets and lead execution of roadmap initiatives.
* Act as the primary data entity subject-matter expert professionally throughout the studio, consulting with product management, engineers, designers, and stakeholders on work related to deal information.
* Work with product management, product DSE, and other partners to define, create, examine, and document metrics that provide visibility into various dimensions of data quality.
* Independently define and enforce methods to scale data quality work efficiently.
* Lead data quality tasks to support product development and to enhance foundational data quality, developing distinct plans that identify business impact, timelines, and risks and executing work.
* Manage stakeholder requests and drive stakeholder alignment when needed.
* Act as an aid for responding to users' data-related support requests.
* Partner with business groups to create and enforce more efficient processes, best data practices, and educational documentation.

**Required Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications:

* 6+ years of experience working in data management with databases and/or content management systems.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data across a large environment to diagnose issues and devise solutions.
* Strong expertise in workflow and the ability to understand inefficiencies.
* General expertise in the pitch-to-play lifecycle of content.
* Knowledge of data lifecycle and data governance concepts.
* Excellent time-control and project management skills and the ability to manage timelines for multiple tasks.
* Strong ability to communicate with empathy and clarity to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Flexible in an evolving environment.
* Proficiency with Google Suite and table-based total packages (e.g. Excel, Airtable).

**Additive Skills**

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:

* Experience with SQL.
* Experience working with product, engineering, and customer service groups.
* Experience in legal operations or studio operations.
* Experience working at a studio, distributor, movie sales, manufacturing company, agency, control corporation, or other entertainment operation.
