We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Workday Data Migrations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to input and organize various types of data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Apply knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade to take care of a range of issues
* Collaborate with other Innovation Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their subject matter
* Stay informed about current advancements within their expertise
* Recognize strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to issues
* Gauge effort and value for solutions
* Apply business solutions with wide-level knowledge of technology stages/structures
* Confirm data and carefully review and check the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
* Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a need to keep moving
* Express thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and succinctly in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
* Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of need, visibility, and heightening
* May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
* Strong knowledge of technical conditions
* Strong knowledge of software development approaches
* Gifted in collaborating, communication, and discussion in working with different teams and external partners
* Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or driver, and making an interpretation of the analysis into reasonable solution proposals
* Ability to work successfully in areas of strength for a help/group situated climate
* Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks
* Ability to take on numerous tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining an effective level of fulfillment in all responsible work; able to coach others to do likewise
* Ability to educate and tutor others concerning technical and business subjects
