**Key Responsibilities**
* Screen and triage bugs in our web and cloud applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
* Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to develop and implement solutions that meet our high standards for quality and user experience
* Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications
* Work with our development teams to identify and prioritize bugs, and to develop and implement fixes
* Collaborate with our quality assurance team to develop and implement testing strategies and processes
* Develop and maintain documentation for our testing processes and procedures
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of our codebase
* Collaborate with our product management team to identify and prioritize features and bugs
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or a related field
* Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
* Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
