Our team of talented individuals is dedicated to creating magic for audiences around the world, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: * Coordinating and managing a portfolio of creation strategies, including clearance (cut permitting, material transport, etc.) for all programming content * Ensuring that all creation strategies falling under your purview are compliant with legal, financial, risk-management, and regulatory requirements * Working closely with opportunity managers and creation of legal advisors to ensure seamless execution of projects * Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases * Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external partners * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, clearance, or a related field * Strong understanding of copyright law and clearance procedures * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Experience with data management software and systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the entertainment industry, particularly in TV or film production * Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Avid Media Composer * Certification in data management or a related field * Experience with project management software and tools, such as Asana and Trello **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Experience with data management software and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
