**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Conducting data analysis to inform business decisions and drive product development
* Developing and automating reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to provide insights at scale
* Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Helping careerzynith make key decisions to improve products and services
* Providing effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple tiers of stakeholders
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of careerzynith's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences, etc.)
* Experience working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.)
* Ability to articulate product questions, pull statistics from datasets (SQL), and use statistics to inform answers
* Strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with excellent business judgment
* Ability to translate assessment outcomes into business recommendations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Currently attending a degree program in the United States and available to work full-time for 12 weeks outside of university term time
* In their penultimate academic year or returning to a post-graduation program after completing an internship
* Interest and potential to work with statistics, metrics, assessment, and development, with a strong understanding of measurement, statistics, and awareness assessment
* Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
