**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all careerzynith systems and applications
* Develop and maintain data entry processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues
* Analyze data trends and patterns to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into data performance
* Participate in the development and testing of new web and cloud applications
* Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues
* Provide training and support to colleagues on data entry processes and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in data entry and management, preferably in a software development environment
* Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
