If you share our enthusiasm for creating an airline that people love, we want to hear from you. **Job Synopsis:** The Data Entry Specialist is a well-informed authority for corporate travel management organizations at arenaflex. As a single point of contact, this role exercises significant judgment to make decisions that drive consistent revenue, utilizing aspects of our organization and corporate client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** * Act as an informed authority for TMC (Travel Management Organization) business for arenaflex * Establish key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex * With minimal guidance from authority, exercise extensive judgment to manage the pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements fully focused on achieving the highest share of the market and yield possible in individual markets * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profit * Establish key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for arenaflex * Develop marketing-related initiatives to assist in driving sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development teams * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, planning arrangements, and coordination with pricing * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with revenue management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as necessary and drive expected revenue per the details of the agreement * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, boosting revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex * Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market **Work Experience, Education, and Abilities:** * **Required:** * 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field * Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree * Capability with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) * High school diploma or equivalent * Should be eligible to work in the U.S. * **Preferred:** * Earlier airline experience * Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus * Capability with CRM tool Salesforce * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization * Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs **Take the Next Step:** Are you ready for this challenge?
