As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of information between our clients and our security experts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization that's pushing the boundaries of digital protection. **About the Role** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring the accurate and timely conveyance of critical information to clients regarding their security or functional conditions * Acting as a liaison between our organization and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support * Collaborating with our team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts to drive navigation and specific activity * Working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results **Key Responsibilities** * Data Entry and Management: + Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail + Manage and maintain data integrity, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate + Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency and accuracy * Client Communication: + Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner + Act as a liaison between our organization and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration + Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions * Team Collaboration: + Collaborate with our team of digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts to drive navigation and specific activity + Provide support and assistance to team members as needed, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently + Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures, ensuring that our operations remain efficient and effective **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on data entry and management * Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover * Experience in managing partner relationships, including introducing, presenting, and answering to various crowds, including executives * US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities * Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues * Ability to correspond raw intelligence from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings * Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build methodologies, and influence stakeholders **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional results **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * Opportunities for career development and progression through training, workshops, and meetings * Educational assistance programs to support continued education and professional development * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools, with opportunities to learn and develop new skills * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on innovation and excellence **Work Environment and Company Culture** * Arenaflex is a forward-thinking organization that's committed to innovation and excellence * Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee well-being * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development * Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive salary range: $153,000 -
