As a key member of our data team, you'll be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our data strategy, working closely with our business, design, and engineering teams to identify and address data-related challenges. You'll be working on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $30. **Key Responsibilities** * Work directly with partners to identify data needs, define requirements, and oversee execution * Collaborate with data and engineering teams to design and implement new data sources and tooling to meet the needs of our business groups * Continuously challenge and improve processes to make them more efficient and effective * Manage complex data-related issues using data for large-scale analysis * Explore and implement emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to drive innovation and growth * Participate in defining the organization's data strategy and automation roadmap * Work cross-functionally, start to finish, between our business front-end, engineering middle, and accounting teams to ensure the integrity of our data streams * Elevate the accounting group's understanding and use of automation technologies through group data sharing **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field * 4+ years of experience in data and automation, with a focus on financial data * Proven experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud * Deep experience running SQL queries * Knowledge of data tools and technologies, such as Alteryx Workbench, Snowflake, and Python * Experience writing business requirements and testing to support large-scale data projects * Experience participating in data analysis and testing of new data sources * Experience using productivity tools, such as Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and Google (G-sheets, docs, and slides) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with AI, measurable investigation, database, and ETL best practices * Knowledge of programming languages and code review for accuracy * Alteryx Certified Associate * CMI or CMI candidate **Why You'll Love Working at arenaflex** * We're pioneers – Service isn't limited to our management team.
