You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that help us better understand our customers' needs and preferences. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us transform our customer feedback into actionable insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with our utility teams to outline, design, and capture business requirements for our VOC analytics and data science initiatives. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our VOC methods and leverage this knowledge to inform data-driven solutions. * Design and build robust data models to support data processing and standardized metric definitions. * Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy. * Provide guidance on optimizing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. * Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software program programs, testing, and builds automation tools. * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity. * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique. **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years. * Strong collaboration skills with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. * Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases. * Familiarity with data science tools and techniques, including machine learning and predictive analytics. * Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. **Benefits** * Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives. * Support for economic-well-being and retirement. * Flexible work model with hybrid, onsite, or digital preparations depending on position and business need. * Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on location). * Free access to international on-site online wellness facilities staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location). * Free and confidential counseling aid through our Wholesome Minds application. * Career development and education opportunities. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
