**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Pharmacy Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations. You will be responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and entering patient data into our computer system, including medication orders, dosages, and payment information. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively interact with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and patients to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review and interpret patient data, including medication orders, dosages, and payment information
* Enter accurate and complete data into our computer system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and patients to resolve any discrepancies or issues
* Verify patient information and ensure accurate billing and payment processing
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and data entry activities
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
* 6 months of experience working with Windows-Based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
* Strong keyboarding skills and ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality work standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 6 months of experience working as a pharmacy technician
* 90 days of experience handling and resolving customer complaints via telephone
* Healthcare experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, and medication management
* Clinical coding and billing experience
* Customer service experience in an office setting
* 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone customer service
